LPC1788是以ARM Cortex-M3为内核的单片机,基于其具有高集成度、低功耗、适用于工业控制等特点,设计了一种以LPC1788为核心控制单元的控制系统。该控制系统通过LPC1788的GPIO口来接收传感器数据以及控制继电器模块来对外围电气设备进行接入和自动断开,利用脉冲宽度调试器(PWM)控制7个步进电机动作,同时通过RS232串行接口接收上位机指令。由于本文中的放射性气溶胶样品制备机是大气放射性气溶胶采样分析测量系统中的一个子系统,所以约定设计了一种专门的通信协议来保证上位机与本控制系统的通信传输。通过实验验证,该系统能成功完成放射性气溶胶样品制备的操作。

LPC1788 is a single chip microcomputer based on the kernel of ARM Cortex-M3. Based on its features like high integration, low power consumption and facility for industrial control, this paper designs a control system for radioactive aerosol producing machine with LPC1788 serving as the core control unit. This system accesses and automatically disconnects peripheral electrical equipment by receiving sensor data and controlling relay module. This system also controls the motion of 7 stepper motors by means of pulse width modulation(PWM) and at the same time, RS232 serial interfaces are applied to receive PC instructions. Since the radioactive aerosol producing machine mentioned in this paper is considered a subsystem of the entire sampling, analyzing and detecting system for atmosphere of radioactive aerosol, a specialized communications protocol is agreed and designed to ensure the communication and information transmission between PC and this control system. Experiment has proved that this system can successfully receive PC instructions and complete the operation about aerosols sample producing.
