蚕丝在组织工程中的应用研究

组织工程的核心是建立由细胞和生物材料构成的三维空间复合体, 材料在组织工程中起关键作用。蚕丝作为天然高分子材料,具备优良的力学性能,同时在生物相容性方面又优于传统的人工合成可降解高分子材料,近年来成为组织工程领域令人关注的一类特殊的生物材料。本文从蚕丝结构组成、理化性质、生物性能等方面对蚕丝进行介绍,并综述了近年来蚕丝在组织工程材料领域上的应用。
he core of tissue engineering is to establish 3D complex system considted by cells and biomaterials, while biomaterials play a key role in tissue engineering. The unique strength and resistance to mechanical compression of silk fibroin materials, the biocompatibility, the slow rate of degradation, suggest this biomaterial as a suitable substrate for tissue engineering. In this review, we introduced the silk from biocompatibility,biomechanical properties as well as degradation, and we summarized the application of silk in the field of tissue engineering.
