超分散石墨相氮化碳纳米片的制备及其在抗坏血酸传感检测中的应用研究
Preparation of Dispersed Graphitic Carbon Nitride for the Biosensing of Ascorbic Acid
石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)作为一种新型的半导体聚合物,以其独特的性质在光催化、生物传感等领域引起人们的广泛关注。本研究以硫脲和酪氨酸为前驱体,使用微波法制备超分散的g-C3N4纳米片,并将其应用于抗坏血酸的生物传感中。通过以g-C3N4纳米片为荧光探针,与Cu2+组合形成"on-off-on"型荧光生物传感器,从而实现对抗坏血酸的荧光传感分析。优化了Cu2+浓度、缓冲溶液pH值等因素对分析性能的影响。在溶液pH值为7.8,Cu2+浓度为1 μmol/L的条件下,测定抗坏血酸的线性范围为0.2-2 nmol/L,检出限为0.14 nmol/L,常见的阴阳离子以及与抗坏血酸相似的还原性物质对该生物传感器无明显干扰。用于市售果汁中抗坏血酸的分析测定和加标回收,实验结果较为满意。
s a novel polymer semiconductor, graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) has attracted much research attention in the field of catalysis and biosensing due to its unique properties. In this study, ultra-dispersed g-C3N4 nanosheets was prepared by using thiourea and tyrosine as precursor through microwave method. An "on-off-on" fluorescent biosensors was constructed with g-C3N4 nanosheets as fluorescent probe, in combination with Cu2+, to achieve fluorescence sensing analysis of ascorbic acid. The effects of Cu2+ concentration and pH value of the buffer solution on the detection results were optimized. The linear range is 0.2-2 nmol/L and the detection limit is 0.14 nmol/L under the conditions of pH 7.8 and Cu2+ concentration of 1 μmol/L. Commonly encountered anions,cations and reductive materials that similar to ascorbic acid do not interfere much with the biosensor. The method has been applied to the analysis of ascorbic acid in commercial fruit juice with satisfactory results.
