-SCDMA终端综合测试是关系到TD-SCDMA通信产业链发展的重要环节，而GPIB远程控制测试又是TD-SCDMA终端综合测试仪主要的测试控制方式。本文首先介绍了GPIB技术的特点和原理，简单分析了TD-SCDMA终端综合测试仪射频测量项，然后阐述TD-SCDMA终端综合测试仪的GPIB远程控制测试系统的架构搭建和GPIB远程控制测试用例程序的实现,并总结GPIB远程控制测试技术在TD-SCDMA终端综合测试中的作用。
In the TD-SCDMA industry chain, the TD-SCDMA terminal integrated test set is a very important key, and GPIB remote control test is the main control method for TD-SCDMA terminal integrated test. At first this paper introduced the technical characteristics and principle of GPIB, analyzed RF testing items of terminals. Then this paper illustrated the building up of the GPIB remote control test environment and realization of the test cases, and summarized the important role of GPIB remote control test in TD-SCDMA terminal integrated test.
