含锰活性炭电极的制备及其电化学性能研究

Preparation and Electrochemical Performances of Manganese-contining Activated Carbon for Electrochemical Capacitor

中孔活性炭是超级电容器的适宜电极材料。以低灰太西无烟煤为原料,采用金属催化法制备了具有较高中孔率的含锰活性炭,采用氮气吸附方法对其孔结构进行表征,然后制成电容器并测定了循环伏安、定电流充放电、交流阻抗等电化学性能。结果表明,锰的加入使活性炭的中孔率提高、比表面积增大;活性炭中含有适量的锰能使制备的电容器产生准电容与双电层电容的协同作用,从而表现出较好的功率特性、容量特性和较小的阻抗。硝酸锰的加入量对制备活性炭电极电化学性能有较大影响;添加3%硝酸锰,比电容量能达到44.01F/g.

Mesoporous activated carbon is good supercapacitor electrode materials. Various activated carbons were prepared without additives and In the presence of Manganese nitrate-containing compounds from low-ash Anthracite Taxi-coal. And using nitrogen adsorption method to carry out its characterization of pore structure,then prepared into capacitor and carry out its determination of CV, charge and discharge current, impedance, and other electrochemical properties. The results showed that Manganese nitrate in activated carbon with greater porosity,larger surface area; the proper content of Manganese nitrate in activated carbon electrode have had a quasi-double-layer capacitors with the capacitance of synergy, which carry out greater power, higher capacity and lower impedance. Manganese nitrate additions have a greater impact on performance of electrochemical properties of activated carbon electrodes. Activated carbon electrode containing 3% Manganese capacitance can be significantly increased to 44.01F / g.
