代谢组学技术在消化道疾病临床诊断中的应用

his paper reviewed metabolomics/metabonomics technologies used in digestive disease diagnosis, summarized that there were mainly two aspects for using metabolomic method in current diagnosis for gastrointestinal diseases: the one was used for diagnosis of gastrointestinal malignancy, the other was to improve diagnosis diseases which could not be easily distinguished by traditional clinic method. And the metabonomics future use in clinic was analyzed.
