目的 了解铅锌镉联合染毒对大鼠生殖系统的影响及营养干预对其损伤的修复作用,为铅锌矿区职业人群的健康保护措施提供参考依据。方法 选择初断乳大鼠76只,取4只作为基础代谢,剩余平均分为对照组、染毒组和干预组,分别用生理盐水、铅锌镉联合染毒液及营养干预液灌胃28天后,每组随机选择12只共36只大鼠,取其肾脏、睾丸,计算脏器系数及显微镜检观察其组织病理学变化。结果 大鼠肾脏、睾丸系数染毒组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),染毒组和干预组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。染毒组肾近曲小管上皮细胞水肿明显,且管腔内有蛋白管型;干预组肾近曲小管上皮细胞水肿,致管腔不规则,明显狭窄。染毒组睾丸生精上皮受损,生精小管内生精细胞及精子数量减少;干预组生精小管内生精细胞及精子数量轻度减少。结论 铅锌镉联合染毒对大鼠生殖系统有明显的毒性作用,可使其组织病理学发生改变;综合营养干预对铅锌镉联合染毒有一定的拮抗作用。

Purpose: In order to provide reference for the health protection measures of lead-zinc district occupational population and to understand the impact of rat reproductive system by combined exposure of lead zinc cadmium and nutrition intervention on repair of its damage. Methods: Selected early weaning rats 76 only, took 4 only as basal metabolism, the remaining rats were divided into three groups average: the control group, exposure group and intervention group. The control group was lavaged with physiological saline, the exposure group was lavaged with lead zinc cadmium mixture, the intervention group was lavaged with lead zinc cadmiumm mixture and nutrition intervention liquid. The rats were sacrificed after 28 days, Each group random selected 12 only rats. A total of rats were 36. We collected kidney and testis, calculated organ coefficient and inspected up its tissue by the microscope and then analyzed histopathological change. Results: The coefficient of rats kidney and testis in exposure group and control group comparison, difference has statistics meaning(P<0.05).The coefficient of rats kidney and testis in exposure group and intervention group comparison, difference has statistics meaning(P<0.05). Renal proximal convoluted tubules epithelial cells edema obvious and lumen has protein tube type in exposure group; Renal proximal convoluted tubules epithelial cells oedema, causing lumen is irregular and significant stenosis in intervention group. Testis spermatogenic epithelium damage, seminiferous tubule germ cells and sperm counts decrease. Seminiferous tubule germ cells and sperm counts decreased slightly in intervention group. Conclusion: It has obvious toxic effects for rat reproductive system by combined exposure of lead zinc cadmium, it can make its histopathological change; The comprehensive nutrition intervention has antagonism of a certain degree on combined exposure of lead zinc cadmium.
