凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-x1在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的 研究凋亡相关蛋白B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病－xl( B cell lymphoma/leukemia－xl，Bcl－xl) 在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法 用免疫组织化学SP法检测56例口腔舌鳞状细胞癌组织中Bcl－xl的表达，结合临床病理分级进行统计学分析。结果 Bcl－xl蛋白表达水平在舌鳞状细胞癌组织中明显高于正常舌体组织(P<0.05)，与舌鳞状细胞癌的分化程度呈正相关P<0.05)，与肿瘤恶性程度呈负相关(P<0.05)，与TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的口腔舌鳞状细胞癌组织中Bcl－xl蛋白表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者 (P<0.05)。Bcl－xl蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤大小无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论Bcl－xl蛋白表达可能与舌鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展、分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关，有望成为舌鳞状细胞癌诊断和治疗的新指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl－xl in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.Methods: SP immunohistochemical analysis was performed on tissues in 56 patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma and statistical analysis combined with pathological manifestations was also used. Results: The apoptosis-related protein expression significantly increased in tongue squamous cell carcinoma compared with that in normal tongue tissue (P <0.05), and the expression was positively correlated with differentiation of carcinoma cell and the metastasis ,but negatively correlated with degree of malignancy.Compared with non lymph node metastasis,Bcl-xl protein expression significantly higher in lymph node involvement(P<0.05). And the expression was not significantly correlated with age, gender and tumor size(P >0.05) .Conclusion: These results suggest that Bcl-xl protein expression may influence the occurrence and development of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, and correlate with its degree of differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis .It may be a potential new indicator for the diagnosis and treatment for tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
