移动图书馆用户体验研究综述与展望

Purpose/significance] This paper summarizes the research status of user experience in mobile library both at home and abroad, and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of mobile library user experience research. Finally, the future research content and development direction of mobile library user experience are prospected.[Method/process] Using the method of literature analysis, the current mobile library user experience research results are reviewed from four aspects:the mobile library user experience connotation and elements, mobile library user experience model research, mobile library user experience evaluation research and mobile library user experience enhancement research.[Result/conclusion] Suggestions and prospects are put forward for future research:in terms of theory, perfect the theoretical system of mobile library user experience, pay attention to interdisciplinary studies and explore new directions for user experience research; in practice, explore diversified research methods, strengthen sustainable research and further deepen the research on mobile library user experience enhancement.
