本文提出了一种LTE网络中新的关于用户优先级排序的负载均衡算法。在系统突然过载的情况下,负载均衡是一种快速降低系统负载的无线资源管理方法。但是,转移用户的次序会影响负载均衡的效果。盲目、随机转移用户的方法会使得真个过程效率低下。本文提出了一种新的基于用户优先级排序的负载均衡算法来改善负载过程的效率。用户的信道条件和传输速率都会影响转移优先级。使用本文提出的算法后,系统转移过载用户的次数将会减少。尤其,过载情况越恶劣,此算法的优势越明显。

In this paper, the reserch focus on load balancing performance in LTE network. Load balancing is an important method to reduce the system load quickly especially under the condition of sudden overload. But the order of transferred user will affect the system effect. The efficiency of randomly load transfer mode is low. This paper proposed a new user priority sorting algorithm to improve the performance. The user's channel condition and transmit rate will decide the priority. The sequence of load transferring will not random but obey the users' priority. After using this algorithm, system transferred times less than not using this algorithm. With the more serious situation system overload, the more obvious advantages of using algorithm.
