自然通风型多级矿化垃圾生物反应床处理渗滤液的小试研究
Laboratory experiment on leachate treatment by natural-ventilation-type multistage mineralized refuse bioreactor
利用广泛存在的矿化垃圾,构建多种形式的生物反应床处理填埋场渗滤液,具有操作简单、高效低耗、投资低廉等特点,是适于我国现阶段环境污染状况及经济发展水平的新技术。本文研究了自然通风型多级矿化垃圾生物反应床对渗滤液的处理效果,试验证明:在驯化期完成后,当水力负荷为3.75L/m3,间歇配水期为8h,COD和NH3-N的初始浓度分别为16800mg/L和2128mg/L的渗滤液,经五级反应床作用,出水中COD和氨氮值可分别达到202mg/L和18mg/L,接近国家二级排放标准
Various type of bioreactors constructed by the widespread mineralized refuse can be utilized to treat landfill leachate, and this new technique has the characteristics of easier operation, higher efficiency, lower energy consumption and construction cost etc., which suits the current environmental pollution situation and economic development status well. In this article, laboratory experiments are carried out on leachate treatment by natural-ventilation-type multistage mineralized refuse bioreactors, which draws conclusions as: when the attenuation period completes, under the conditions of leachate loading as 3.75L/m3 and interval leachate distribution period as 8h, the original leachate with COD and NH3-N concentration are 16800mg/L, 2128mg/L respectively, can be cut down to 202mg/L and 18mg/L by the five-stage mineralized refuse bioreactors, which values approach to National Level Ⅱ Wastewater Discharge Standard.
