本文提出了一种对固定目标定位的新方式，只利用多普勒变化率进行定位。首先研究了此系统的可观测性，接着对定位参数进行平滑，提出了定位算法，再分析了定位性能，最后是定位几何稀释度（GDOP）。
his paper propose a new method for fixed target location, only based on Doppler changing rate, first research the observability of this system, following, smooth the parameter for location, propose the location algorithm, next, analysis the performance, finally, analysis the GDOP.
