商业保险介入新型农村合作医疗的研究文献评价

hina has tentatively run his new module of New Cooperative Medical System (NCMS), since 2003. This system is one health insurance system built on basis of county. During the system’s running, different areas chose different management module, which can be summarized synoptically into 2 types: one is insurance company-oriented, the other is government-oriented. As it is a fangle that commercial insurance company joined into management of NCMS，the other is local health departments directly managed NCMS, on behalf of local governments. Therefore, corresponding module attracted lots concerns. This article researches on literatures searched from CNKI. Though evaluations on relevant literatures from 1999 to 2007, it can be found: 1. Most of them can be attributed to Qualitative research, the rest to Qualitative plus Quantitative research or Quantitative research; 2. Quantitative research includes statistics methods and financial analysis methods, however, descriptive financial analysis methods occupy dominant position. 3. Antitheses can be led into research design.
