基于领导力胜任评估的中层管理者培训方案设计--以周黑鸭食品有限公司为例

基于领导力胜任的企业管理培训是移动互联网"知本社会"和"人才时代"企业保持并提高自身核心竞争力的必然选择。本文以周黑鸭食品股份有限公司为案例研究对象,基于卤制品食品加工行业特点和周黑鸭快速成长民营企业发展战略需要,参考理论文献和标杆企业,结合问卷调查和访谈,遴选领导力素质指标,构建公司中层管理者的领导力胜任素质模型,并在中层管理者个体领导力胜任素质评估基础上针对性地设计培训内容和方式,提高中层管理者领导力培训绩效,支持公司的持续快速发展,并期望给其他快速成长的民营中小企业以一定的借鉴作用。
Management training?based on leadership competency is the?inevitable choice to maintain and enhance their core competitiveness in the mobile Internet business "knowledge society" and "talent" era.?This paper takes "Zhouheiya" as example to select the indicators of leadership and construct themiddle management competency model , based on food industry characteristics, the rapid growth of "Zhouheiya", theory literature and benchmarking enterprises.on the basis of the middle managerment individual leadership assessment, design the training content and methods and improveleadership training performance to support the company\'s sustained and rapid development. we also expectatetoprovide some reference for other fast-growing private small and medium enterprises.
