NaF-AlF3-LiF熔盐结构的冰点降低法研究
Ionic structure of NaF-AlF3-LiF melts. A cryoscopic research
低温铝电解是降低铝电解能耗的有效途径,富集锂盐技术是重要的低温铝电解技术。本文采用冰点降低法研究了不同分子比以及不同LiF含量的NaF-AlF3-LiF熔盐结构,以及熔盐中各物质的活度。研究结果表明,加入LiF后,NaF-AlF3熔盐中依然只存在AlF63-和AlF4-离子团,LiF的引入只会改变离子团间的相对含量,NaF-AlF3-LiF熔盐中AlF63-和F-含量随着分子比的增加而增加,AlF4-随分子比的增加而呈降低的趋势;AlF63-含量随着LiF含量的增加而增加,AlF4-和F-随LiF含量的增加而减少。对于同一LiF摩尔分数的熔盐来说,NaAlF6,NaAlF4和NaF活度随分子比的变化趋势,与相应的阴离子摩尔分数随分子比的变化趋势相似。
Low-temperature aluminum electrolysis is an effective way to decrease the energy consumption of aluminum industry, and enrichment of lithium salts is one of the important technologies of low-temperature aluminum electrolysis. In the present study, molten structure of NaF-AlF3-LiF and the activity of related materials with different cryolite ratio(CR) and content of LiF was researched by cryoscopic method. The results have shown that there are also only two kinds of ion complexes existed in NaF-AlF3 melts after the addition of LiF, those are AlF63- and AlF4-, but the contents will be changed. The content of AlF63- and F- increases with the increase of CR, while that of AlF4- decreases. The content of AlF63- increases with the LiF contents, and that of AlF4- and F- decreases. For the melts with the same contents of LiF, the activity of NaAlF6,NaAlF4 and NaF has shown the same changing trend with CR as the mole fraction of the corresponding anion.
