淬火工艺对中碳钢铸渗件组织和性能的影响
Influence of quenching on Cast - Penetrated medium carbon steel
本文采用涂料法在铸件表面渗硼、铬和碳等形成硬度较高的表面合金化层。通过研究和对比,选取两个试样进行淬火处理。淬火后发现其硬度有了很大的提高,铸渗层的组织变化不大,基体则由珠光体转变成马氏体。
In this paper,by coating method ,alloying surface layer which includes boron, chromium and carbon and possesses higher hardness are formed on the surface of cast. Then choose two samples process quenching by investigation and contrast. We find their hardness are improved very much after quenching and microstructure of alloying layer is not variety, but microstructure of matrix transforms by the pearlite into the martensite.
