目的:检测经典H2-K mRNA在小鼠中枢神经系统的表达模式及其与H2-D分子表达的异同点。方法:利用原位杂交检测H2-K mRNA在小鼠CNS发育中的表达模式,RT-PCR方法检测与H2-D分子表达的异同点。结论:胚胎期H2-K mRNA主要表达于侧脑室、第三脑室、中脑导水管、第四脑室的神经上皮等部位;出生后P0-P120主要表达在嗅球、皮层、海马、小脑及脑干的某些核团中,表达具有时空特异性;且H2-D在小脑的表达强度高于H2-K。

Objective:To investigate the expression pattern of H2-K mRNA and the differences with H2-D. Methods The expression pattern of H2-K molecules in the developing central nervous system of mice by in situ hybridization. Results H2-K molecules are mainly expressed in the neuroepithelium of the lateral ventricle, cerebral cortex, aqueduct, the third ventricle, fourth ventricle, hippocampus primordium and cerebellar primordium in embryos by in situ hybridization; H2-K molecule is mainly expressed in the mitral cell layer of olfactory bulb, cerebral cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum and some nuclei in brainstem in postnatal stages. At the same time, the study found intensity of H2-D expression is higher than that of H2-K.
