基于频率-波数域分析方法的金属板损伤检测与评估

超声导波检测是板类结构损伤检测的重要手段之一。然而,超声导波的多模态和频散特性,使得复杂导波场的信号解读困难;此外,传统接触式换能器阵列的单元尺度限制导致其拾取导波信号的空间分辨率较低,制约了超声导波在实际损伤检测中的应用。对这些挑战,本文采用频率-波数域分析方法研究了局部波数损伤成像算法,利用导波波数随频厚积变化的色散特征,以损伤局部的导波波数变化作为评价损伤的指标。波数指标的峰值位置可指示损伤的位置,波数指标的峰值大小可用于推算损伤的深度。进而基于多普勒激光测振仪(SLDV)构建了非接触式高空间分辨率超声导波场拾取平台,利用丰富的波场实测数据实现了针对金属铝板中不同深度损伤的成像与评估。通过实验实测、数值模拟的结果与实际损伤参数比较验证了成像算法的有效性。研究所形成的理论和方法成果可用于指导工程实际中的损伤检测。
Ultrasonic guided wave testing is one of the most important methods of structural damage detection. However, it is difficult to interpret signal of the complex wave field considering the multi-modal and dispersion characteristics of ultrasonic guided waves. Moreover, traditional contact transducer array unit scale leading to the lower spatial resolution of its pickup guided wave signal which limited the application of the ultrasonic guided wave in the actual damage detection. Confronting with these challenges, this paper adopted the frequency wave-number field analysis method to study the local wave number damage imaging algorithm. We can use the dispersion characteristic, the wave-number is changed with the product of frequency and thickness, take the wave-number change in lesion location as the evaluation indicator of damage. Symbols of wave number indicate the reflected wave forming in the damage position and the depth of the amplitude of wave number may indicate the level of damage. On the other hand, amplitude of wave number may indicate the depth of damage. The research establishes the non-contact high resolution of spatial pickup platform in ultrasonic guided wave field based on the SLDV. This study images damage of different depth in metal aluminum plate using abundant measured data in wave field, and compares the experimental result with the result of numerical simulation to verify the effectiveness of the imaging algorithm. The theory and method in this study can be used to guide the engineering practice.
