s effective manner to research on characteristics and rules of modern warfare, game simulation attracted more and more focus and is being widely applied to various fileds as decision-making and military training. Starting from analysis on necessity and tranining focus of communication network organization & command simulation training system and aiming at development some type of tactical communication network organization & command simulation training system, the functional structure was designed and overall strucutre was given, which provides framework and technical route for implementation of simulation training system.
