目的:探讨选择性芳香烃受体调节剂3,3-二吲哚甲烷(3,3'-Diindolylmethane,DIM)对胃癌细胞生长的影响。方法:用不同浓度(0, 10,20,30,40,50umol)的 DIM处理SGC7901细胞相应时间后,用MTT 法检测细胞的增殖,用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期和凋亡的变化。 结果:MTT 结果显示DIM 抑制胃癌细胞的生长,呈浓度和时间依赖性;流式细胞术结果显示,DIM阻滞细胞G1-S期进程,并促进细胞凋亡。结论:AhR 调节剂DIM通过促进细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期在G1 期来抑制细胞的增殖,AhR可能成为治疗胃癌的一个新靶点。

im: To explore the effects of selective aryl hydrocarbon receptor modulator 3,3'-Diindolylmethane on gastric cancer cell growth.Methods: Gastric cancer cell SGC7901 was treated with DIM at different concentrations (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50umol); cell viability was measured by MTT assay, and the changes in cell cycle and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results: MTT assay indicated that the viability of SGC7901 cells was significantly decreased in a dose and time-dependent manner after DIM treatment. Flow cytometry analysis showed that DIM arrested cell cycle in G1 phase and induced cell apoptosis Conclusion: DIM can inhibit AGS cell proliferation by inducing apoptosis and delaying cell cycle progression. AhR may be a potential therapeutic target for gastric cancer treatment.
