表面增强拉曼光谱快速检测食品中的叠氮津残留
Rapid analysis of Aziprotryne in food samples with SERS
为发展快速、简便、高效的农残检测方法对农药合理使用和食品安全监控具有重要意义。以金纳米粒子为增强粒子,建立蔬果中叠氮津的SERS快速分析方法。该方法的线性范围0.20-3.0 mg/L,检出限为8.4 ug/L。该方法应用于大米、苹果、蜂蜜柚子茶d等果蔬样品中叠氮津残留检测,方法回收率在84.8-121.0%,RSDs在2.3-10.0%之间。
In this paper, a method of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy for the rapid analysis of pesticide residues in food samples was developed. Some conditions such as solvent pH, laser irradiation time, concentration multiple of gold nanoparticles, mixing ratio between gold nanoparticles and solution were optimized. The linear range was 0.20-3.0 mg/L with the limit of detection (LOD) of 8.4 ug/L. Under the optimal conditions, the SERS method was used to analysis of aziprotryn from rice, apples, and oat. The recoveries of real samples were between 84.8-121.0% with RSD of 2.3-10%.
