整浇装配式体外预应力桥梁设计方案及有限元分析

我国的城市立交桥施工工艺落后,施工周期长,造成交通拥堵、环境污染,已经成为制约经济社会发展的重大问题。为了加快城市桥梁施工速度、缓解交通拥堵、减轻环境污染,本文提出了一种整浇装配式体外预应力桥梁。这种桥梁可以在工厂生产,现场拼装,具有施工速度快、环境污染小的优点。同时,这种桥梁采用整浇装配式桥面,解决了节段拼装桥梁接缝处漏水及结构整体性差的问题。本文依据现行规范对这种桥梁进行设计,并用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行计算分析。结果表明,这种桥梁合理可行,有关结论可供设计者参考使用。

Urban bridge construction takes a long period has brought traffic congestion and environmental pollution as still used backward technology in china. It has become a major problem to restrict economic and social development. To accelerate the urban bridge construction, ease traffic congestion and reduce environmental pollution, a scheme of fabricated bridge with external prestressing and integral casting-in-place deck was presented in this paper. The bridge can be produced in a factory and assembled on construction site and has the advantages of fast construction speed and low environmental pollution. As the integral casting-in-place deck was used in the bridge, the problems of leaking between precast element joint and poor structural integrity have also be solved. According to the current bridge design codes, the bridge is designed and is analyzed with ANSYS software. The results show that the bridge is reasonably practicable and the related conclusions can be used and referenced for designers.
