Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)是近几年提出的一种新的信号变换技术,其核心是通过经验模式分解方法(EMD)将信号分解成若干个固有模态分量(IMF),然后利用Hilbert变换求解各IMF的瞬时频率,从而达到分析非线性与非平稳信号的目的。但是由于HHT自身存在一些问题,使得分析准确性受到限制。本文针对HHT产生虚假分量的问题,提出应用K-S拟合优度检验理论进行虚假分量识别,以分解后各个固有模态分量(IMF)与原始信号之间的相似概率作为判断标准,识别和去除虚假分量。通过对仿真信号的检验表明,这种改进方法相对于目前通过相关系数去除虚假分量的方法有着明显的优点和合理性。

Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) is a new signal processing method for analyzing the non-linear and non-stationary signal, but it still includes some limitations. The paper discusses the problem of illusive component due to HHT , uses the k-s test to recognise the illusive component, proposes the similarity probability between the IMFs and the signal as the standard that whether a IMF is illusive or not, and gets the aim to exclude the illusive component. The signal simulate test proved that this method to deal with the illusive component has a obvious advantage and reasonability.
