新型流化床分选机试验研究
Study on a new-style dry separator
本文设计了一种新型干法分选机,利用振动和反倾角工作面代替普通分选机下层刮板排出矸石。本文对操作参数对分选效果的影响和新型干法分选机重产物输送行为做进一步试验研究,结果表明:给料方式对分选效果的影响不大; 床面刚度较小时床面容易发生形变从而影响输送效果;流化床的输送能力随着入料量的增加先增大后保持不变。
In this paper, a new-style dry separator was designed. It has eliminated the scraper device of the traditional dry separator by using a vibratory working surface of counter-inclination angle to transport gangues. The materials separation characteristics and gangue transport behavior are studied in the new-style dry separator. Feeding methods has little effect on separation efficiency; when the stiffness of the bed surface was small, the bed surface was easier to deform and it would influence the transfer effect; the transmission capacity of the fluidized bed firstly rises and then was constant with the increase of the feed.
