接力切换的基本算法及流程研究
Research of the Basic Algorithm and Procedure of Baton Handover
接力切换是TD-SCDMA系统特有的关键技术之一。本文首先介绍了接力切换的概念及其主要采用的技术，然后着重研究了接力切换的基本算法和流程，最后分析了接力切换相对于第三代移动通信系统中其它切换方式所具有的优势。
Baton Handover is one of the specific key technologies of TD-SCDMA. First,this paper introduces the definition of Baton Handover and the main technologies it adopts.Second,it mainly studies the arithmetic and the procedure of Baton Handover,Finally,it analyzes Baton Handover’s advantages compared to other handover technologies in 3G.
