回水管保温对竖直埋管换热器换热性能的影响分析

竖直埋管土壤源热泵系统应用中,热短路及回水管水温在饱和层的衰减,导致了地下换热器的换热性能下降。文章根据自建的单U型土壤源热泵系统实验台,对回水管采取保温与不保温的技术措施进行了不同工况的实验对比分析,结果证明,回水管保温对回水温度影响显著,该技术措施可以提高单孔换热器的换热能力。
In the vertical buried tube ground-source heat pump system application, hot short-circuit and attenuation of the return water temperature in saturated layer makes heat transfer performance of the underground heat exchanger drop. According to the custom of the single u-shaped ground-source heat pump system for experimental platform, the paper does lot comparison and analysis under different conditions of experimental with heat insulation taken and didn’t take, and the result shows that the insulation of return water tube influence the return water temperature, the technical of heat exchanger can improve the single-hole heat capacity.
