基于特定优势的主流FDI理论,尽管针对发展中国家的跨国经营实践调整其假设条件,但仍未形成清晰完整的理论解释。本文提出以获取优势为目的的FDI理论可以涵盖特定优势理论,细化了附加策略变量的OLI模型,通过引入企业国际化战略/目标,企业国际化基本能力函数等新概念,构建了中国企业对外直接投资的理论模型。

he main-stream FDI theory based on specific advantages has been revising to give explanation on the direct investment activities of the developing countries, however, it is hard to form a consistent frame to cover both developed and developing multinationals. This paper concluded the specific advantage can be viewed as a part of advantage acquisition process and further outlined a methodology by refining the OLI model with strategic parameters and defined a new model based on how China enterprises go abroad with actual case studies provided.
