本论文介绍一种使用二维Halbach永磁阵列的磁浮直线电机。建立了永磁阵列磁感应强度模型和电磁力和力矩模型。由于常规dq0变换不能完全消除力矩,因此研究了将线圈作为独立驱动单元的直接解耦法。为避免端部磁场影响,分析了驱动线圈控制方法。建立不同控制算法的模型,通过仿真进行对比验证,确定合适的方法。
In this paper, one magnetically levitated liner motor with Halbach permanent magnet array is introduced. The magnetic flux intensity model of permanent magnet array and the electromagnetic force and torque model are established. Because the conventional dq0 transform can\'t completely eliminate the torque segments, the direct decoupling method of the coil as an independent driving unit is studied. In order to avoid the end effect of the magnetic flux density, the control method of coils is analyzed. The models of different control algorithm are established and verified by simulation. The suitable control method is established.
