超声波电机定转子刚性接触模型研究

本文用有限元法初步建立了环形行波型超声波电机定转子刚性接触模型。首先分析了超声波电机定子振动方程,然后建立定转子均为刚性体的有限元接触模型,根据振动方程施加边界条件,最后进行求解分析,验证了定子表面质点的椭圆运动,并得到了空载时定转子均为刚性体情况下接触区的接触压力分布情况和接触状态。结果表明,当定转子均为刚性体的情况下,接触压力在局部区域高度集中,接触区同时存在粘滞和滑动分布情况。

he subject of this paper is connected with the rigid contact model of stator and rotor in ring type traveling wave ultrasonic motor based on finite element method. Firstly, the vibration movement of the stator is analyzed. Then finite element model for contact between rigid stator and rigid rotor is developed. Boundary conditions are applied according to the vibration movement. Finally, the model is solved. The elliptical motion of the stator surface particle is verified. The contact pressure distribution as well as the contact status is obtained when both stator and rotor are rigid under no-load condition. The result indicates that the contact pressure is highly centralized and both stick and slip distribution exist in the contact area.
