本文利用“网格法”,在室温条件下,通过改变接触表面和试样高-径比,研究了TC4钛合金动态镦粗的塑性成型性能。结论:试样的高-径比对材料的可加工性能基本没有影响,接触表面的粗糙程度会影响材料的塑性变形能力;同时,给出了一些有价值的曲线。

In this paper, the dynamic upsetting of TC4 titanium alloy was carried out in different contact surfaces and aspect rations at room temperature by the method of gridding onto the sample. It comes to the conclusion that the processability of TC4 titanium alloy is related to the friction factors but not the aspect rations. At the same time, some valuable plots were given.
