维甲酸抗肿瘤作用研究进展
Progress in studies on antitumor effects of retinoic acid
维甲酸（RA），是维持机体正常生长发育和生命活动的维生素A酸，最初用于治疗银屑病等多种角质化皮肤病。研究发现维甲酸对白血病细胞具有促进分化和诱导细胞凋亡的作用，是目前治疗白血病的主要药物之一。随后，维甲酸在应用于治疗除血液系统的其他实体瘤实验中也展示出了良好的作用效果。本文主要综述了维甲酸抗肿瘤的分子机制。
Retinoic acid (RA) is a kind of vitamin A acid which is the maintainence of normal body growth and life activity. RA was originally used for the treatment of psoriasis and other horny skin disease. Studies showed that retinoic acid can induce differentiation and apoptosis of leukemia cells, and it becomes one of the main drug for treating leukemia. Retinoic acid showed antitumor activities in other cancer cells experiments. In this review, we summarized the antitumor development and mechanism of RA.
