本文研究了Si元素部分替换Fe获得的Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xSix)1.95 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2)合金的晶体结构和内禀磁性能。研究结果表明:当x≤0.1时,Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xSix)1.95合金是典型的MgCu2型Laves相立方结构,表明少量Si元素的加入没有影响合金的结构;随Si含量的增加,合金的居里温度Tc显著降低,从383.9℃降到281.5℃,但饱和磁化强度增加。
he crystal structure and intrinsic magnetic properties of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xSix)1.95 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2) alloy were investigated in this paper. The results show that Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xSix)1.95 alloy keeps structure of MgCu2-type, after alterative while Si addition x≤0.1. The magnetic transition temperature is changed, Curie temperature Tc decreased to 383.9℃ from 281.5℃ with Si addition. The strength of saturation magnetization increased with the increase of Si content.
