煤矸石化学组分释放规律的试验研究
Experimental study on chemical constituents release from coal mine gangue with different particle size
针对煤矸石淋溶液有可能使得矿区内水体水质恶化的问题,以辽宁阜新矿区煤矸石为研究对象,利用静态淋溶试验的方法,对具有不同粒径的煤矸石进行了为期4000小时的试验研究,分析并讨论了具有不同粒径大小的煤矸石中硫酸根离子、钙离子等10种离子组分释放的规律。结果表明:煤矸石中化学组分的释放过程可以分为快速溶解期和慢速释放期两个阶段;试验开始后300小时以内为快速溶解期,而后进入慢速释放期;除铁离子之外的其它被监测离子的累积释放浓度均随时间的增加而增大;与8mm以上的大粒径煤矸石相比,中小粒径的煤矸石可释放出更多的化学离子组分;各离子在慢速释放期内各离子的释放速率可根据试验结果利用线性回归的方式获得。
Solute from the process of coal mine gangue pile leaching always deteriorates the coal mine area water quality. Take the gangue from Fuxin coal mine area in Liaoning province as an example, 4000 hours static leaching experiment is processed for studying the chemical constituents releasing from the gangue with different particle size. Ten irons releasing situation are observed and monitored, which includes sulfate, calcium and other ten type ions. The results show that the course of these chemical constituents release from gangue could be divided into two steps: the fast solution period and the slow release period. During the 300 hours after the experiment beginning is the fast solution period, and then the slow release period is coming. Except the ferric ion, the accumulated release concentrations of the other monitored ions are increased with the experimental time. Compared with the gangue with large-scale, the medium and small-scale gangue could release more chemical ions.
