本文采用PCI-1750数据采集卡+PC的开放式系统控制方案,研制了一台结构简单、功能完善、成本低、易于教学的三坐标数控实验台。对基于PCI-1750数据采集卡的输入输出接口电路进行了设计。采用差分插补理论,开发了适于实验台的数控系统,实验表明该控制系统能够很好的满足控制要求。

In this paper,three coordinate NC experiment platform was designed with the open system control program of PCI-1750 and PC. It has the advantages of simple structure, perfect function, low cost and suitable teaching. The design of input and output interface circuit was worked based on PCI-1750. The NC system which is suitable for the experiment platform was developed by using the differential interpolation theory. The experiment results showed that the control system could meet the requirements.
