356化学镀Ni-P正交实验
Orthogonal Experimental of Electoless Ni-P Plating on A356
本实验以A356铝合金为研究对象。通过正交实验研究了在其基体上化学镀镍。结果表明:加速剂NH4HF2为20g/L,pH值为6.5,温度为85℃,络合剂5g/L时,所得化学镀Ni-P样品性能最佳。
356 alloy as the research materials in this experiment. The electroless Ni-P plating was studied through orthogonal experiment. The rusults shows that, when NH4HF2 is 20g/L,pH is 6.5,temperature is 85℃,complexing agents is 5g/L, the peroperties is the best.
