池火热辐射计算模型对比研究

研究了池火灾燃烧火焰的基本特性以及热辐射传播规律。立足于池火热辐射的危害性,先对池火特性进行研究,再引入点火源模型计算法和Mudan计算法两种模型化的热辐射计算分析方法。以乙醇为例,分析了离液池中心距离、液池大小等因素对池火总辐射能、表面平均热辐射通量、热辐射强度的影响。结果表明在离火源较近和较远的位置上,两种方法结果相近,此时两种模型都可以采用;而离火源中等距离的位置上,结果差异相对较大,Mudan计算法结果要相对保守。通过两种模型计算方法的结合应用,可以准确的掌握池火特性,得出全面的池火热辐射传播规律及其具体数据。
he basic characteristics of the pool fire and propagation of the thermal radiation were studied. The essay studied the characteristics of the pool fire and introduced two calculation models of the thermal radiation(point fire source model and Mudan model). Ethanol as an example, the distance from the center of the liquid pool, the liquid pool size had an influence on the total pool fire radiation, the average surface heat flux and the thermal radiation. The results show that the results of two methods are similar when the position is close or far from the fire, at this point the two models can be used. But the differences between the two methods is relatively large when the position is medium distance from the fire, the result of Mudan calculation method is relatively conservative. By combining the two methods, we can accurately grasp the characteristics of pool fire, obtaining the rule of thermal radiation propagation and its specific data.
