果园作业车运动稳定性控制系统联合仿真与试验验证
o-simulation and Verification Test of Orchard Vehicle Stability Control System
本文针对果园作业车在作业过程中易发生倾翻的问题,首先建立果园作业车七自由度整车动力学模型,提出了一种基于果园车位姿信息参数实时调节的车辆稳定性控制方法,利用ADAMS和MATLAB建立了联合仿真控制模型,并进行了果园作业车比例模型稳定性控制仿真实验,通过仿真实验结果分析可知,本文中所提出的车辆稳定性控制模型能够有效地防止果园作业车倾翻事故的发生,并能提高车辆行驶过程的稳定性。
For orchard operation vehicle tilting problems in operation process, this paper established the orchard operation vehiclemodelwith seven degrees of freedom, and put up a control method by adjusting the input speed based on real-time pitching Angle and other state parameters. Use ADAMS and MATLAB to setup joint simulation control model, and do the simulation experiment changing the adjustment coefficient; Also established physical scale model at the same time to verify the simulation results.
