人发制备可注射填充材料及体外相容性评价
he preparation of the injectable soft tissue bulking agent from hair and its in vitro evaluation on Biocompatibility
目的 探索利用人发制备注射用软组织填充材料的方法及其体外相容性评价。方法 人发经室温漂白后,分别采用球磨制成粉体匀浆和制成角蛋白凝胶两种途径来制备适于注射的软组织填充材料。选用小鼠急性毒性试验、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和MTT细胞毒性实验初步评价两种途径制备的人发填充材料的生物安全性。结果 两种方法制备的人发材料都可达到注射的使用要求,体外相容性实验未见毒性。结论 人发制备注射用软组织填充材料是可行的。
Objective: To prepare a new kind of the injectable soft tissue bulking agent. Methods: By temperated bleaching the hair, using ball mill and preparation keratin gel from hair respectively.General toxic tests includes acute toxicity test,the micronucleus test and MTT assay which are used to evaluate the different two kinds of methods of preparation of the injectable soft tissue bulking agent on Biocompatibility in vitro. Results: Two kinds of methods can achieve the requirement and in vitro evaluation demonstrates that the new material has good biocompatibility. Conclusion: It is feasible for hair to be a new kind of the injectable soft tissue bulking agent.
