3-dimensional model of the development of hospital based on the factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis
本文首先分析医院由传统式发展向现代化发展过程中存在的问题和面临的挑战，针对这些现状提出了一种医院发展的三维空间模式，即医院战略维、医院环境维、社会效益维，并对该模型进行了详细的阐述。然后，通过因子分析及典型相关分析对六家二甲医院的管理工作质量综合评价指标进行分析，对此模型加于实证检验，得出该模式对医院的发展具有现实指导意义。
First, the article analyzes the existing problems and challenges in the development of hospital from traditionalization to modernization, as for these, and puts forth a three-dimensional space model, i.e the strategy-setting-socioefficiency model, and describes it in detail, then analyzes 6-set data of comprehensive evaluation of hospital management through the factor analysis and the canonical correlation analysis with the result to test the model and prove it practical.
