本文以PLC为控制核心设计了电热地膜温度控制系统,该温度控制系统可以实现手动/自动对室内温度的控制,同时,运用组态王软件实现对温度的实时监测与控制。本系统属于难以用数学方法建立精确的模型和确定参数的大惯性、纯滞后温控系统。因此,应用PID控制很难实现对温度的稳定、准确、快速的调节。本文采用模糊PID混合控制器,经MATLAB仿真对比表明在系统的快速性、稳定性、适应性及抗扰能力等方面,取得了较好的控制效果,提高了系统的性能。

his paper designed the electric heating film temperature control system with PLC as control core. The temperature control system can realize manual/automatic control of the indoor temperature. At the same time, the user can through kingview software realize the real-time monitoring and control of the temperature. The temperature control system has the characteristics of big inertia, pure time-delay. So it is difficult to use mathematical method to establish the precise model and determine parameters. The application of the traditional PID control is difficult to achieve the temperature stability, accurate and rapid adjustment. In this paper, the Fuzzy - PID hybrid controller through the MATLAB simulation shows that using Fuzzy PID control is better than conventional PID control or Fuzzy control at the quickness, stability, adaptability and ability to resist disturbance. It improve the performance of the system.
