制动噪声的研究是从粘滑现象和负斜率现象论研究开始的,基于这些研究逐渐形成了制动噪声的自激振动理论,以及后来出现的“热点”理论。摩擦材料抑噪是制动噪声研究的一个重要部分,摩擦材料的一些性质和特征对制动噪声都有很大的影响,本文着重阐述了摩擦材料对制动噪声的影响和改进摩擦材料来降低制动噪声的方法。
he Brake Noise research begun and generated the excited-self vibration theory and the “hot judder” based on the stick-slip phenomenon and the Negative slope phenomenon. The brake Noise is restrained by optimizing is an important part of controlling brake noise study.Both of the nature and characteristics of the friction material have a significant effect on the brake noise.The paper focuses on the impact of the friction material on brake noise and the method to improve the friction material way to reduce brake noise.
