Study about The Influence of Diosmin in Galium verum L. on Syndrome of Acute Blood Stasis and Function of Vascular Endothelium

目的:研究蓬子菜活性成分香叶木苷对急性血瘀模型大鼠凝血功能及血管内皮功能的作用。方法:采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素复合冰水浴制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,通过测定凝血四项研究香叶木苷对血瘀大鼠凝血功能的影响,并通过测定血液中可溶性细胞间黏附因子-1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附因子-1(sVCAM-1)的含量,研究香叶木苷对血管内皮功能的影响。结果:与模型组比较,香叶木苷能明显改善血瘀大鼠凝血功能,延长凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT),降低纤维蛋白原(FIB)值及细胞黏附因子sICAM-1、sVCAM-1的含量。结论:香叶木苷可改善急性血瘀大鼠凝血功能,能有效减少细胞黏附因子的释放,具有抗凝血功能,并能改善血管内皮功能。

Objective: To study the effects of diosmin which is one active component abstracted from Galium verum L. on the function of blood clotting and vascular endothelium of rats' acute blood stasis models.Methods:Apply Eepinephrin injected subcutaeously and icewater bath to make rats' models of acute blood stasis syndrome together.Then make a study that how diosmin ameliorated the blood clotting function of rats' models by assaying the indexes of blood clotting tetrachoric.In the meantime,we made an approach to the subject that how diosmin improve the function of vascular endothelium by assaying sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in the blood.Results:Compared with models,diosmin could improve the function of blood clotting obviously.It could extend prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, thrombin time,and moreover,it can reduce the content of fibrinogen and two kinds of cellular adhesion molecule.Conclutions:Diosmin processes the funtion of anticoagulation.Diosmin also processes the properties of improving the function of vascular endothelium.
