船用缸套材料磨合表面评价的Ostu图像分割研究

本文利用基于Ostu法的图像分割,对在CD40润滑油中以不同转速进行模拟磨合试验的船用缸套材料表面形貌进行二值化分割,利用图像中高灰度区域所占的比例R对磨合表面质量的优劣进行评价。并模拟了不同亮度和对比度图像,验证了Ostu法图像分割的稳定性及结果的可靠性。试验结果表明,对磨合表面图像基于Ostu法的二值化分割可以半定量或定量地评价磨合表面质量,图像的亮度,对比度对评价结果影响极小。
Based on Ostu threshold image-segementation, the surfaces of marine cylinder material, which were tested in simulated running-in under different rotation in CD40 lubricant, were analyzed as binary image. The ratio of high gray scale of the image, R was utilized to appraise the quality of running-in surface. Different brightness and contrast were simulated to validate the stability of the method. It was shown that the binary image-segmentation based on Ostu theory can be used to appraise the running-in surface semiquantitatively or quantitatively, and the brightness and contrast of image have little influence on the appraising result.
