基于DEA模型的江苏省经济运行效率评价研究

Evaluating the economic operation efficiency（EOE） is an important aspect of measuring city operation status. In this paper, we use the method of DEA, select six representative indicators, by using CCR model and BCC model to analyze the economic operation efficiency status of the 13 cities of Jiangsu Province from the inputs and outputs aspects，and in the angle of relative effectiveness. The calculation results show that: in 2007, the economic operation efficiency of Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Lianyungang, Yancheng and Yangzhou achieve the DEA efficient; and in 2008 are Nanjing, Wuxi, Xuzhou, Suzhou, Lianyungang, Yancheng; meanwhile, the rest cities which are not of DEA efficient in the two years have an increasing scale returns. At last, identify the constraints factors, and some policy proposals are put forward according the analysis results, such as, establishing urban economic operation efficiency evaluation monitoring systems, and allocating the resources inputs rationally.
