本文研究了热处理工艺及添加微量La、Cr对G01压铸铝合金组织和性能的影响,通过力学性能测试、金相组织观察及SEM断口形貌观察,分析了合金热处理及添加La、Cr元素后力学性能的变化规律与金相组织的变化。结果显示:添加La、Cr后合金组织明显细化,当La的含量为0.15%,Cr的含量为0.2%时,合金的力学性能较好。合金在525℃×4h固溶处理后经过180℃×6h时效处理时,合金的综合性能达到最佳。

his text studied heat treament and added trace La、Cr to die-castings the influence of the G01 aluminum metal alloy organization and function,pass mechanics performance test, microstructure observation and SEM to break a people facial look an observation mutually,analyzed the metal alloy heat treatment and added La、Cr chemical element emperss mechanics function of variety regulation and microstructure organize of variety.Show as a result that added La、Cr empress metal alloy organization obviously thin turn,be the La content as 0.15%,Cr content is 0.02%,the mechanics function of metal alloy is better.Metal alloy at 525℃×4h solid dissolve a processing after through the time limited efficacy processing of the180℃×6h,the comprehensive function of metal alloy attains the best.
