二苯酮类先导结构优化及抑菌活性研究

Lead optimization and anti-plant pathogenic fungi activities of diphenyl keones

本文以瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme.L.)中分离获得的二苯酮类先导结构为模板分子, 采用分子相似性分析方法, 用呋喃基取代苯基共合成了17个类似物。通过对类似物进行抑菌活性的初步研究发现,化合物V1、V5、V6、V9、V10、V13、V14和V15在200mg/L的浓度下对水稻纹枯病菌具有一定的抑菌活性(抑制率>50%),具有进一步开发前景。

he diphenyl ketones pesticide molecules used as the structure template from Stellera chamaejasme L., we have designed and synthesized 17 target compounds with the concept of bioisosterism. All the synthesized compounds have been evaluated for anti-plant pathogenic fungi activities. The bioactivity assay showed that the compounds V1、V5、V6、V9、V10、V13、V14和V15 had some control effect against Rhizoctonia solani at 400 mg/L respectively and could been produced in the future.
