高校科技产业投资基金运作模式研究

论文针对我国目前高校科研成果转化资金不足的现状，结合我国产业投资基金的发展对高校科技产业融资的指导和借鉴，讨论了建立高校科技产业投资基金的可行性和必要性，并提出了高校科技产业投资基金的运作模式。这不仅可以进一步拓宽我国高校科技产业融资渠道，加速高校高新技术产业化进程，而且可以促进我国高等教育合理配置资源，进而改善高校发展环境，同时也为解决高校发展资金不足提供了思路。
