针对矿井危险气体事故频发及现有矿井有线监测通信系统急需向无线通信系统转变的实际情况,文章提出了一种基于wifi技术的无线传感器网络监测系统,节点硬件是基于Gain Span公司的低功耗wifi芯片GS1010,软件是基于μ-velosity的嵌入式操作系统,可实现对矿井中四种气体的监测。测试结果表明:监控系统能够在实验巷道中正常工作及采集气体试验数据,具有一定的应用价值和市场推广前景。

ccording to the frequent dangerous gas accidents underground and the reality that the existing gas monitoring system in the mine is urgent to translate to wireless communication system, a wireless sensor network monitoring system based on wifi technology is introduced in the paper, the development for the node hardware is according to the low-power wifi chip GS1010 released by Gain Span Corporation, the embedded operating system μ-velosity is used for the software design. The test shows that the monitoring system can work normally and collect the gas test data under the experimental roadway, having certain application value and marketing value.
