本文总结1例糖尿病右足溃疡患者伤口的护理经验。根据辩证,在不同时期给予中药外治法祛腐排脓、推陈出新、生肌收口,同时基于循证护理,加强健康教育,制定个体化护理方案,加快患者伤口愈合。
his paper summarized the nursing of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with diabetic foot ulcer on the right foot. According to the different stage if wound healing, the Traditional Chinese Medicine external application therapy by syndrome differentiation was carried out to improve the debridement effect, help healthy tissue grow and minimize scarring. Based on the evidence-based nursing, individualized health education and nursing program were developed to improve the wound healing of the patient with diabetic foot ulcer.
