船舶操纵性指数是衡量船舶性能很重要的指数,物理意义明确,无论是在船舶的初始设计阶段,还是在船舶的操纵性研究中一直得到广泛地应用。但目前K、T指数的求取都不能反映出外界因素对操纵性的影响,本文利用采用Matlab语言编写计算程序,搭建K、T指数的计算程序,对船舶驾驶人员有一定的实用与参考价值。
